Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Truwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have been registered with fraudulent, false or impersonated information, without prior notice and without obligation to refund any funds held in such Account pending fraud investigation and applicable legal processes.
Each individual User is entitled to maintain only one active Account on the Platform. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings.
Truwin is committed to operating in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF) and age verification requirements. As part of this commitment, Truwin may require Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before withdrawals are processed or at any other stage deemed necessary by Truwin's compliance team.

Truwin reserves the right to place a temporary hold on Account withdrawals or functionality while KYC verification is pending or under review. This hold does not constitute any admission of wrongdoing. Once verification is satisfactorily completed, Account functionality will be restored without undue delay.
All deposits made to your Truwin Account must come from a payment source that is legally owned by you and in your name. Deposits made from third-party sources — including accounts belonging to other individuals, businesses or payment intermediaries not registered in your name — are prohibited and may be reversed pending investigation.
Available payment methods are displayed in the Account Cashier section and may include familiar local payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and domestic bank transfers (for example via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah). Cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT) may also be available where supported. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without prior notice, and Truwin cannot guarantee the availability of any particular method at any given time.
Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of deposit. These limits may be set in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or an equivalent currency and are subject to change. Users are advised to check current limits before initiating a deposit.
Deposits are generally processed and credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Truwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, bank processing times or network connectivity issues outside of our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full before any funds are released to you:
Truwin aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated in its current Cashier policy. Actual receipt of funds by the User depends on the payment provider's own processing schedule. Delays caused by third-party processors, banking systems or regulatory holds are outside Truwin's direct control.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed in the Cashier section. Bonus-related winnings may be subject to maximum cashout caps as specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Truwin reserves the right to apply staged payment processing for large withdrawal amounts.
Truwin may offer various promotional bonuses and incentives to Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any additional terms specific to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Truwin actively monitors for bonus abuse behaviours, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using automated software to place bets, and participating in collusive play. Detection of any such behaviour will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings and may result in permanent Account suspension.
All bets and gaming actions placed through the Truwin Platform are subject to the applicable game rules and any sport-specific betting rules published in the Platform's Help Centre. By placing any bet or participating in any game, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of those rules.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. Truwin is not responsible for bets placed erroneously by the User, including bets placed on incorrect selections, markets or stake amounts due to User error.
The official result as determined by the relevant governing body (for example, the ICC for international cricket, or the PSL administration for Pakistan Super League matches) shall be used to settle betting markets. Truwin reserves the right to suspend, void or re-settle markets in the event of apparent data errors, match-fixing investigations, or extraordinary circumstances affecting the integrity of an event.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server failures, disconnections, software errors or platform outages — Truwin reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected. No compensation will be payable for losses attributable to technical failure beyond Truwin's reasonable control.
Truwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It must not be used as a financial strategy, a means of generating income, or as a method of recovering previous losses.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
All content on the Truwin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of Truwin or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to resell, commercially exploit, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or otherwise transfer any portion of the Platform's content without Truwin's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Truwin, its directors, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption or any other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or its Services.
Truwin does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or secure at all times; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform and its services is at your own risk.
Truwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:
Where an Account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, Truwin is not obligated to return funds held in the Account. Any funds determined to have been acquired through fraudulent means will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Users may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed subject to any outstanding wagering obligations, pending transactions or active self-exclusion periods being resolved first.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed and operated, as specified in the operator's applicable licensing documentation. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute arising from or connected to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law applicable in your country of residence.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
